    General Terms and Conditions

    These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between customers and the company ONE POWER SPORTS d.o.o. in connection with the purchase of products through the online store.

    2. Offer and Order

    All products displayed on the website are available until stock runs out. An order is considered received when the customer receives an electronic order confirmation.

     

    3. Payment

    The customer may make payment in the following ways:

    - cash or card at the point of sale,

    - bank transfer (payment to account).

     

    4. Delivery

    Products are sent by post or courier service to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

     

    5. Liability and Warranty

    ONE POWER SPORTS d.o.o. is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products.

     

    6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Zadar has jurisdiction.

    ONE POWER SPORTS d.o.o. respects the privacy of its users and undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    The user has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object.

    Return and Complaint Policy

    1. Return of goods (withdrawal from the contract)

    The customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. Returns are possible only for unused and undamaged goods in the original packaging. The costs of return are borne by the customer, except in cases where the wrong or damaged product was sent.

     

    2. Complaints and Warranty

    All products purchased from ONE POWER SPORTS d.o.o. are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

    In the event of a complaint, the customer must send the goods to the following address:

    Upon receipt of the goods, ONE POWER SPORTS d.o.o. will send the product to the manufacturer for inspection and a decision on the validity of the complaint.

    If the manufacturer approves the complaint, ONE POWER SPORTS d.o.o. will provide the customer with a replacement product or a repair at no additional cost.

    If the complaint is not approved, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
